For my first EVER blog, I have managed to do a lot of procrastination as to what I would write about.. I can assure you the choices were a plenty and my house is now so clean because every time I sat down to write, I would be conveniently reminded of that particularly dusty shelf in the spare room that desperately needed my attention more than this blog. But alas I now don’t have ANY more shelves to dust or floors to mop so here I am.
The benefit of my unwanted desire to clean the ‘nooks and crannies’ of my house is that it has inspired me to talk about the need for cleansing our body, and in particular the importance of regular supported detoxification.
