Service Description

A comprehensive health assessment which encompasses health and family medical history, diet, emotional and energy status, lifestyle, physical and environmental questionnaire. This appointment usually takes 1.5hours with followup appointments expected to be between 45mins and an hour. Upon completing the initial appointment a full case review is conducted and comprehensive treatment protocol designed and implemented. Any supplements, herbal remedies or treatment suggestions are priced accordingly. Any appointments can be made through the Make a booking tab above.

Cancellation Policy

Those that wish to cancel their scheduled appointment, please contact Nature Enabled Wellness at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time (e.g. if the appointment is at 3pm on Tuesday, please contact us no later than 3pm on Monday). Contact can be made through email at: [email protected] or by phone/sms 0407783680 As available appointments are in high demand, early cancellation will allow other patients the possibility of seeing a practitioner. Cancellation or changes to a scheduled appointment time within the 24 hour notice period, may attract a Cancellation / Non-Attendance Fee. NON ATTENDANCE POLICY A non-attendance is when a patient does not attend their scheduled appointment time, or shows up more than 15 minutes late. Non-attendance and failure to advise Nature Enabled Wellness with sufficient notice, means other patients that would like to see a practitioner are unable to access care in a timely manner. All non-attendances will be charged a Non-Attendance Fee.
